I ask unanimous consent that we amend my proposal as previously read to exclude the 30% of the points allocated to picking the overall winner and instead allocate 100% of the points through the state-by-state picks. Pick well, because I wouldn't be surprised if this is our last round of picks on the Republican side. Speaking of that, I'm not sure how we'll decide when to stop making picks on either side. Any ideas?
